俄罗斯医疗器械注册MR认证
俄罗斯居民健康与社会发展监督部（Roszdravnadzor）负责俄罗斯的医疗设备，工具和材料（Roszdravnadzor）登记签发证书。使用任何医疗产品在俄罗斯，如果没有Roszdravnadzor登记，是禁止的。注册登记在俄罗斯有一套规定的测试和评估流程，这证实了该产品的质量，效率和安全的。注册登记证书的有效期限，登记证不限有效时间。  
2013年4月执行新的医疗器械法规。俄罗斯联盟法规Федеральный закон РФ «Об основах охраны здоровья граждан в Российской Федерации» от 21 ноября 2011 г. N 323,具体法规。

俄罗斯医疗器械认证程序
Certificate Application/证书申请
1.  preparation of the demand, the inquiry, the instruction, giving on tests, reception of reports, gathering of the registration file, giving in Roszdrav, registration support, work with the expert, reception РУ编制需求注册，查询和指导，安排测试，接收测试报告，整理注册文件，提供资料给俄罗斯卫生部，注册费用，接收相关注册信息和联络；
2.  Technical tests with the report技术测试报告；
3.  Toxicological tests andClinical trials毒理测试和临床试验；
4.  Preparation SD (the standard document)准备标准文件；
5.  national duty Registration certificate国家注册费用；
6.  Russian translation of technical documents俄文翻译技术文件；
7.  Sample mailing and file (DOX) Express样品邮寄和资料快递；
8.  3-year GOST-R Certificate/3年有效期GOST-R质量合格证书。
